30+ Years of Training

Modalities & Practices

Drawing on more than three decades of training, this work weaves together a broad lineage of healing and movement traditions. Hands-on bodywork forms the foundation; Thai massage, deep tissue bodywork, reflexology, acupressure, shiatsu, and active release technique; complemented by the restorative pull of inversion therapy. These are grounded in Eastern movement and energy practices including yoga and qi gong, tai chi, and the wider body of Taoist practices, alongside the healing framework of Ayurveda. Woven throughout are somatic and ceremonial modalities; eco-somatics, shamanistic rituals, sound healing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation; that reconnect body, breath, and awareness. Rounding out the practice are the relational and embodied arts of partner acrobatics and tantric arts, inviting trust, play, and presence into the work.
